Bench PSU Smoke Test PASSED!!

After my last (homemade) PSU went Bzzzt (off), I moved onto a new design with current limiting powers! Working with my Dad and the ever lovely Google, I designed a PSU using the L200 chip. I shipped it off to the free ECM Board House (Dad), mounted it up and all is well (so far). Only issue is that the current limiting POT doesn't seem to go low enough which may lead me to put an external ON/OFF limiting switch. We'll see.
