Swim Timer w/Pro Board

Well it took a while but my Swim Timer V1.0 is done (and works!) With the (huge) help from my Dad; Eagle, Eagle3D, SunStone (Boards) it's finally complete. In short, this is a timer which counts down and keeps tracks of the number of laps you do (in a watertight box). I'm using this post as a way to get into a TGIMBOEJ box . Jerry D and I participated in our first Crankenstien. 2 People, 1 bike and @ 11 Miles. You can switch on/off the bike as much as you want. Tons of fun and looking forward to doing another one.

2008 FingerLakes Tri

Another great FingerLakes Triathlon. Kari competed in the Sprint Tri Relay team (running 5K) with Ricky's 2 kids. They came in 7th overall out of ALL the Relay teams. Kari beat her 5K time. Matthew did the kids tri and was 4th out of the water and worked hard through both the cold bike and run! This year I decided to do the Olympic distance and finished strong.
