MDog FL (Kids Tri) Run Finish

Kari FL Tri (Run) Finish (Video)

2008 FingerLakes Tri

Another great FingerLakes Triathlon. Kari competed in the Sprint Tri Relay team (running 5K) with Ricky's 2 kids. They came in 7th overall out of ALL the Relay teams. Kari beat her 5K time. Matthew did the kids tri and was 4th out of the water and worked hard through both the cold bike and run! This year I decided to do the Olympic distance and finished strong.

Airport 5K Record

Kari and I ran the Airport 5K race together. She beat her time from last year with a 27:44 (winning her a new pair of running shoes from Dad). On the last turn, Kari asked me to hold her hat as she unloaded on the last 800M in full form. For full details on the run checkout: http://trail.motionbased.com/trail/activity/6062069
